Psychological Effects of Smoking - Is Quitting Smoking Really that Hard?

If you were to ask people that quit smoking if it was hard for them, most would tell you “yes.”  They might go as far as telling you how they felt they lost a good friend and that they miss smoking sometimes.  Being stuck in that kind of limbo can be frustrating and not to mention a dangerous place to be.  There may be aspects of quitting smoking that do make quitting hard but once you are able to understand the psychological effects of smoking it can be easier to quit than you think.
