Psychological Effects of Smoking - Believe You can Quit Smoking

Have you ever wondered why you struggle with quitting smoking knowing that it is one of the worst things you can be doing to your body and health?  The mind is a powerful thing and will determine your success when quitting smoking, either consciously or subconsciously.
